Perfect and amazing location in a really beautiful area not far from the beach, Mancora and restaurant. 15 minutes walk to Condominio Aldea Vichayito. Good food, clean room with a/c and TV, as for instance: )

The hotel is located right by the beach area, perfect for those who want to wake up to the sound of the waves. The rooms are spacious and include modern amenities such as air conditioning and DirectTV channels. The pool area is beautiful, ideal for lounging and enjoying the ocean view.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this beachfront hotel. The hotel's perfect location right in front of the calm and beautiful beach is definitely one of the best aspects. The small number of bungalows provided a familiar touch and ensured a quiet and relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the tasty food, especially the seafood dishes.

We did notice some areas that need improvement. The breakfast was rather simple and could be improved by offering more options like fruits and vegetarian meals.

The beachfront location is amazing, offering a serene environment to relax. The hotel has limited rooms, hence a more personalized service. the food and drink prices are affordable, making it unnecessary to venture far from the premises.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kokoa Hotel. The beachfront view was breathtaking, and we enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the air conditioner and TV. The hotel even provided a crib and changing table for our baby, which was a thoughtful touch. Additionally, the manager, Francisco, was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. we had a fantastic experience at Kokoa Hotel and would highly recommend it.
